For the 15th time in a row, the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria arranges the Medical Technology Forum at its campus in Linz. At this event, the TIMed Center is also going to introduce its innovation-driving core facilities.
The TIMed Center organized a workshop for consultants and manufacturers who work in the field of medical engineering. On five dates between February and May 2018, they got informed about the state-of-the-art and the chances in the field of digitized health technology.
On November 30, the Austrian MedTech- and IT-cluster hosted the Digital MedTech in Hagenberg. The symposium focused on the topics “science meets business” and “IT-security and privacy”. The highlights of the event can be found in our German-language Twitter feed.
In Upper Austria, there is a demand for experts in medical technology: Three FH OÖ graduates who are not expected to be on the job market for too long are the winners of this year’s Med Tech Award. Congratulations to Klaus Weissenböck, Rebekka Hager and Florian Prammer.
